Food & Art Vendors/Exhibitors

Cut-off Deadline: Sat. July 26th

Please give our team 2-3 weeks AFTER deadline to review all applicants before confirming your selection to our festival.

FEE BREAKDOWN (SINGULAR DAY)—​

• Booths (6FT Table): $50 Eccentric Fee (PER DAY)

  • Official Selection, Vendor Badge, Social Media Marketing, Vendor Profile on Website

  • Shameless Plug has expanded to TWO days. Please let us know if you'd like to vend both days or just one below. Please note Vendor fees are PER DAY.

• If you DO NOT have a business license, you will be required to pay a $10 Fee to be added under our Multi-Vendor Permit.

• Eccentric Fees are only distributed IF you are officially selected by our team during the review process. Only then will you receive an invoice from Eccentric Artists LLC to make the payment.

Note: Fees reserve you the SPACE to vend/exhibit, everything else you must arrive fully self-contained (that means bringing your own table, chair etc)

We'd like to see samples of what will be featured at your booth & your booth set-up to take into consideration when placing you in our venue! Any marketing materials are also welcome such as your logo. These can all be compiled onto a shareable link.

APPLICATION TERMS & AGREEMENTS:

• I understand this application does not guarantee me a spot at the 2025 Shameless Plug Arts Festival

• I understand that that the cut off date is Saturday, July 26th and if I were officially selected that Eccentric Artists will notify me and will provide further information about my placement in the venue.

• ALL vendors and exhibitors must come fully self-contained! That means providing your own tables, chairs, lights etc.

• I understand the fee breakdown provided on this application.

• I understand that Vendors, especially those that fall under the Food category, will be requested to provide further information upon entry (SNHD Permit etc.)

• As a vendor/exhibitor, I understand that schedule changes may occur leading up to the Festival due to the Weather or condition of the Venue.

• I understand that Eccentric Artists will be issuing a $50 Vendor Fee (Booth - 6 FT table) if I am accepted to be part of festival and that it will be due by the month of Sept 2025.

• I understand that if I do not provide a city business license #, that I will be required to pay an additional $10 Non-License Fee to Eccentric Artists to cover the costs of selling goods on property under our Multi-Vendor Permit.

  • If you are an Exhibitor (a booth that will NOT be operating or selling any business), then you do not need to pay the additional $10​ non-license fee.

• Please note that these Vendor/Exhibitor Fees apply PER DAY. Eccentric Artists recently confirmed our Day 2 at Container Park, early applicants will be notified if they'd like to be considered for both.

• Please note that both processing fees will be distributed under Eccentric Artists, LLC and that the $10 Non-License Fee will be redistributed to be part of our multi-vendor permit— no one else will be invoicing you.

• I understand that the 2025 Shameless Plug Arts Festival is a public event that encourages a friendly, collaborative space for everyone.

• As an official selection of our 2025 Shameless Plug Arts Festival, I understand that this event is fully funded & run by the small team behind Eccentric Artists and that they appreciate your patience at this time as they sift through all submissions. Please allow us upward to 2-3 weeks to review applications.
