This person will be receiving an email notification on if your film has been officially selected by our festival. IF CHOSEN, then this person will also be receiving all information and master documents on how to prepare for our 5th Annual Shameless Plug.

Details about your Film:

If officially selection, this information will be made public on both our website and on our social media for when we highlight each participant.

Deliverables for your film:

Delivered through a shareable link (Ex. Google Drive, Dropbox, We-Transfer etc), all film submissions must be accompanied by the following:

• Film Delivery

  • Once again, in the credits: Include Eccentric Artists Logo stating "This film was made for the 2025 Shameless Plug: Film Challenge Showcase"

  • If the film was previously made, then you DO NOT need to include our logo in the credits. ONLY original films made for the showcase.

• Stills from your film (Paired with delivery on Aug 23rd for promo)

• Digital Poster (Dimensions: 24" x 36" — can be submitted by Sat. Sept 6th or earlier to accompany social media promo)

Event Page will go LIVE TENTATIVELY the week of August 27th, we ideally would like to have any preferences on stills or posters to use to promote on socials by the Aug 23rd. If none are given, we will select a still from your film on our end. However if you'd like to make one, but need more time on those—we can temporarily place one that we selected and can update later! Let us know!

SUBMISSION AGREEMENTS

• I understand this submission does not guarantee me an official spot at the 2025 Shameless Plug Arts Festival. All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed by Eccentric Artists and will undergo an official selection process.

• I understand that if my film is an OFFICIAL SELECTION, that Eccentric Artists will be issuing a $25 Filmmaker Fee in order for me to screen and participate in the Film Challenge Showcase screening.

  • This payment will be issued by Eccentric Artists after you've received an email from us accepting your film.

• *Please note that original films that were made specifically for our theme and film challenge in mind will get priority over films already produced — IF submission capacity is an issue.

• ​I understand that Shameless Plug Arts Festival is a friendly, collaborative space. 

• As a Filmmaker, I understand that schedule changes may occur leading up to the Festival.

FESTIVAL EXPECTATIONS:

IF I were an official selection to the 5th Annual Shameless Plug: Film Showcase Challenge screening:

• I am aware that there will be a Q&A after the screening

• Awards will be given after the Q&A for both Audience Award and the Eccentric Artists Award for Best Summer Vacation Film. The winner of the Eccentric Artists Award will be given a custom director's chair.
