There's Something in the Walls - IndieGogo

Submitted by: K Fernandez

Hello, everyone! My name is K Fernandez and I am a filmmaker based in Las Vegas, NV. My affinity with horror and thrillers is the driving force behind my scripts and ideas. I find that many of us can identify with characters in the horror genre whether it's the villain, monster, or, on rare occasions, the main character. This short film revolves around an enemy we are all too familiar with, deadlines and the consequences we receive from stretching ourselves too thinly. The pressures from societal norms tend to do our head in. Parents, students, and anyone who wakes up and tackles the challenges of day-to-day life will relate to this short film. Everyone has faced time restraints at one point or another and know all too well how stressful it can be.

Outside the theme and narrative, contributing to this short film supports queer artists and female filmmakers. With a team consisting mostly of female and female-identifying members and queer identifying members, your contribution will give us the opportunity to showcase our talent at local and national film festivals. We, as artists, just want to make art. It's our heart and passion.

Unable to financially contribute to the campaign? No worries! There are still plenty of ways you can contribute to the success of this film. Spreading the word and sharing this link on socials is one of the best ways to help us out. We appreciate any and all support!
