Multidisciplinary Artist

Michelle Faye Patrick is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans theater, dance, and photography. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, she brings a performer's insight to various forms of storytelling.

Michelle currently serves as an arts administrator with the Nevada Arts Council, leading statewide organizational community development initiatives and grant support. Her administrative career includes roles with the City of Las Vegas, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Sundance Film Festival, and has served as a panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts.

Originally from Queens, New York, Michelle holds a B.A. from Bradford College, is a graduate from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and a YoungArts alumna. Michelle Patrick's work has also been featured in publications, including Everything Elko Nevada, Nevada Humanities, Chic Compass, and Boynes Arts, establishing her as a cultural contributor to the arts.

Her solo photography exhibition "GRACE" has been featured at the Las Vegas-Clark County Library and most recently, the California Trail Interpretive Center in Northern Nevada where her work explores themes of black wellness and community.

Michelle is also an active voice in the Las Vegas arts community, who's served as a moderator, juror and presenter for the Nevada Women's Film Festival demonstrating her strong commitment to supporting women in film and the arts. She also is the creator, host and executive producer of LOCAL TIME, a web series highlighting local businesses and owners currently on YouTube.
