Hi I'm Elizabeth Mora a first-generation Latin-American who was raised By Mexican mother, Nicaragua father, I develop and immensely appreciation for food. This led me to pursue training from le cordon bleu in Las Vegas. Nevada, after graduation, I took on the opening of Gordon Ramsey steak as a junior sous chef soon my passion let me to gather traditional family recipes to keep the memories of the loved ones alive, the flavors of my food come from a long line of love and passion.
