Hi, Im Elizabeth Mora a first-generation Latin-American who was raised by a Mexican mother and Nicaraguan father, I developed an immense appreciation for food. This led me to pursue training from Le Cordon Blu in Las Vegas, NV. After graduation, I took on the opening of Gordon Ramsay Steak as a junior sous-chef. Soon my passion led me to gather traditional family recipes to keep the memories of my loved ones alive. The flavors in my food come from a long line of love and passion.
