I understand that if I were officially selected that Eccentric Artists would choose which day my booth would be scheduled for.

ALL vendors and exhibitors must come fully self-contained! That means providing your own canopy, tables, and chairs to the venue space you are assigned to.

I understand that if I agree to do either a Canopy (10x10) or Booth (8x6) that I agree to the fees and that Eccentric Artists gets to choose which space size I would be assigned, along with which day based on the availability I provide.

I understand that Vendors, especially those that fall under the Food category, will be requested to provide further information upon entry (SNHD Permit etc.)

As a vendor/exhibitor, I understand that schedule changes may occur leading up to the Festival due to the Weather or condition of the Venue.

I understand that Eccentric Artists will be issuing a $50 Vendor Fee (Booth 8x6) or $80 Vendor Fee (Canopy 10x10) if I am accepted to be part of festival and that it will be due by the month of October 2024.

I understand that if I do not provide a city business license #, that I will be required to pay an additional $15 Non-License Fee to Eccentric Artists to cover the costs of selling goods on property under our Multi-Vendor Permit.

If you are an Exhibitor (a booth that will NOT be operating or selling any business), then you do not need to pay the additional $15​ non-license fee.

Please note that these Vendor/Exhibitor Fees apply PER DAY. If Eccentric Artists chooses to select you for more than one day and you accept, then 2 fees would be applied for Day 1 and Day 2.

Please note that both processing fees will be distributed under Eccentric Artists, LLC and that the $15 Non-License Fee will be redistributed to be part of our multi-vendor permit— no one else will be invoicing you.
